wine Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before opening an account on wine. By using the platform, you are considered to have read and agreed to all the terms below.
1 Nature of the Agreement and Acceptance
wine is an online gaming and sports betting platform. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between wine and the user. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any service, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
wine's services are only for individuals who reside in Bangladesh and are at least 21 years of age. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
2 Definitions
The following terms used in these conditions carry specific meanings:
- "wine" or "Platform" — refers to the winebet.cam website and all associated services, applications and mobile offerings.
- "User" or "Member" — a person who holds a registered account on wine.
- "Wagering" or "Rollover" — the requirement to place a specified amount in bets before bonus or winnings can be withdrawn.
- "Bonus" — any promotional reward granted by wine, to which separate terms apply.
- "Account Balance" — the total funds held in a member's account.
3 Registration Requirements
To open an account on wine you must provide accurate and complete information. wine reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time. Only one account per person is permitted — if multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
- You must provide your correct name, mobile number and email address.
- Your mobile number must be activated through OTP verification.
- You may be required to submit identity documents (National ID, passport, etc.) for verification purposes.
- If you need to update your account details, please contact the wine support team.
4 Login Security and Confidentiality
It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. wine will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from sharing login details with a third party. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the wine support team immediately.

5 Account Closure and Suspension
wine may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following situations:
- Breach of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Detection of multiple persons accessing the same account.
- Confirmed identity as a minor or otherwise ineligible person.

6 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit amount on wine is ৳300. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch Bangla, BRAC, Islami Bank, etc.).
Every deposit goes through wine's verification process. A transaction must be successfully completed through the payment method for funds to appear in your account. If a payment is held up for any reason, contact the wine support team with proof of the transaction.
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
- You must use a payment method registered in your own name.
- Payments from third-party accounts are not permitted.
7 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Accepted withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure all wagering requirements related to any bonus have been met. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn while wagering is incomplete. If account verification has not been completed, you may be asked to submit proof of identity before your first withdrawal.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
- wine reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
8 Welcome Bonus
New members on wine will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200 — and a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be completed.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the wagering requirement is met become withdrawable. Accepting the bonus automatically constitutes agreement to these terms.
9 Other Promotions
wine offers multiple promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own separate terms and conditions. A brief description of the main offers is given below:
- wine Weekly Reload Bonus — 50% bonus on deposit, up to ৳10,000; 20x wagering; minimum deposit ৳300.
- wine Slots Festival Bonus — 75% bonus on deposit, up to ৳8,000; 25x wagering; applicable to slot games only.
- wine Cricket Mania Offer — 60% bonus on deposit, up to ৳12,000; 18x wagering; applicable to sports betting.
- wine Birthday Special Gift — reward up to ৳2,000; 10x wagering.
- wine Refer a Friend Bonus — up to ৳3,000 per successful referral; 12x wagering.
Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time. wine reserves the right to change or withdraw any promotion.
10 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
wine takes a firm stance against misuse of promotional benefits. Any of the following activities will be considered abuse:
- Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or household.
- Using low-risk betting strategies to meet bonus wagering requirements.
- Exploiting the bonus system in a coordinated or organised manner.
If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided and the account may be closed.
11 General Betting Rules
wine offers both sports betting and casino gaming. No bet can be changed after it has been finalised. Once a bet is accepted, the staked amount will be automatically deducted from the account balance.
- The rules applicable to each bet are set by wine and are stated on each game's page.
- wine reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were offered due to a technical error.
- If an event is cancelled, all bets on that event will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.
- In live betting, markets may be temporarily suspended — bets placed during that time may not be accepted.
12 Match Fixing and Misconduct
Match fixing, use of insider information, or any form of misconduct is strictly prohibited. If evidence of involvement in such activity is found, wine will close the account, forfeit the balance and, where necessary, notify the relevant authorities.
13 Maximum Winnings Limit
wine reserves the right to set a maximum payout on a single bet or within a specific time period. This limit may vary depending on the type of game or betting market and may be changed as needed. Members can find out about applicable limits by contacting the wine support team.
14 VIP Tiers and Benefits
wine's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate is different for each tier — regular play allows members to advance through the tiers step by step.
- Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback on the week's net losses.
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback. Example: a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week earns ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Cashback is calculated based on weekly net losses (total losses minus total winnings). wine's VIP program is subject to change at any time.
15 wine's Limitation of Liability
wine accepts limited liability if a bet is lost or a game is interrupted due to internet disconnection, server outage or technical issues. In such cases wine will, at its discretion, work towards an appropriate resolution, but no guarantee of compensation is given.
wine is not responsible for losses caused by the user's own device, internet connection or environment.
16 Complaints and Dispute Resolution Process
Submit any complaint first to the wine support team. wine provides assistance in Bengali and English via live chat and email, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After a complaint is submitted, wine will investigate and endeavour to provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

17 Responsible Gaming
wine believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. The platform is only for members aged 21 and above. 18 Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on the wine platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software and databases — is under wine's copyright. Members are strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying or using this content for commercial purposes.
19 Changes to Terms
wine reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification may be sent to members' accounts. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.
20 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions together with wine's privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between the user and wine. If any prior oral or written commitment conflicts with these terms, these terms will take precedence.
